Lead the Expansion
This is a unique opportunity to take on a role that will be pivotal to our client landing in the US. We are seeking a visionary leader to build the next chapter of the company’s globalization, bringing our mission to the world’s most competitive market. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and the management team, as part of it. You won't be starting from scratch: you will capitalize on a 10-year track record working with the biggest brands in the segment and the leading global agencies. Your mission as Managing Director
Own the U.S. P&L, define the market penetration strategy, secure strategic commercial partnerships, and establish our client and its unique DSP platform as the definitive thought leader in the U.S. digital ecosystem, delivering exceptional shareholder value.
Requirements
Financial stewardship and revenue ownership
Full P&L ownership and value maximization: Ensure aggressive revenue target achievement, cost structure optimization, and maximizing margin and shareholder value across the entire business cycle.
Strategic forecasting and capital control: Define and deliver the annual business plan, including highly accurate quarterly forecasts and long-range financial models, and manage all operational budgets (ROI).
Executive leadership & talent stewardship
Elite team building and culture command: Build, manage, and retain an elite, best-in-class U.S. team, setting an uncompromising bar for capabilities, performance, and ethical standards across the organization.
Talent development and succession: Actively coach and mentor senior leaders and key talent, ensuring robust succession planning and continuous skill elevation.
Go-to-market (GTM) strategy & commercialization
Market strategy and dominance: Pioneer and execute a differentiated U.S. market strategy, leveraging deep industry expertise to secure dominant market share in the U18 segment.
Strategic partnership forge: Forge and manage high-value commercial partnerships with key global clients, agencies, media owners, and regulatory stakeholders across the U.S. market.
Proactive revenue generation: Lead a highly proactive new business generation agenda, focusing on acquiring strategic enterprise clients while guaranteeing the maintenance and recurrence of current high-value accounts.
Operational excellence & global integration
Operational strategy and process optimization: Continuously analyze the financial and operational performance of the U.S. division, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
Global integration and DSP influence: Ensure the U.S. office aligns with global guidelines, providing strategic market data to influence the global roadmap of the unique DSP platform and strategic investment decisions.
External representation & thought leadership
Brand and product positioning leadership: Act as the principal thought leader and executive spokesperson, owning the brand positioning of our clients and its unique SP platform across major U.S. media, industry events, conferences, and high-stakes client forums.
Who You Are:
Executive experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Media industries.
Demonstrated experience as the VP, SVP, General Manager, or Managing Director level, with a proven record of full P&L ownership and successfully scaling a business unit in the U.S. market.
Industry know-how: Deep, demonstrable expertise in the programmatic advertising landscape, data monetization, and performance analytics, particularly within the highly regulated U18 market.
Leadership track record: Proven success in building and leading high-performing, multi-functional commercial and operational teams.

The salary range displayed is based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined based on market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Base salary range: Low: $300k - High: $500k
This position includes a variable compensation component above and beyond the base salary.
